Collection of Personal Information

We collect and store personal information such as name, contact information, financial records, and other relevant data as necessary for the provision of advance services.

Use of Information

We use the collected information solely for the purpose of processing and providing advance services to our clients. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties unless required by law or with explicit consent from the individual.

Connected Accounts and Third-Party Integrations

Our applications connect to third-party services at your direction, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, ticketing platforms, banking data providers and payment processors. When you authorize a connection, we access only the data covered by the permissions you approve, and we use it only to provide the services you have requested, such as reconciling ticket sales, tracking repayment, and creating or updating accounting records you ask us to create.

Data obtained from QuickBooks Online is used solely for these purposes. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes. You may revoke a connection at any time from within our application or from the third-party service itself, including the Apps section of your QuickBooks Online account. Revoking a connection stops further data access, and we delete or retain the previously accessed data in accordance with the retention section below.

Security Measures

We implement security measures to protect the personal information we collect and store, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. Access credentials and authorization tokens for connected accounts are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to personnel who need them to operate the services.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting support@soundcheckcapital.com, and we will comply except where retention is required by law or by an outstanding financing obligation.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies on our website to track user behavior and preferences to improve our services and user experience.

Non-Personal Information

We may collect non-personal information such as IP addresses, browser details, and user interactions for analytical and statistical purposes to improve our website and services.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may engage with third-party service providers for certain functions such as payment processing, customer support, or marketing. In such cases, we ensure that these service providers adhere to strict privacy and security standards.

Your Rights

We provide individuals with the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information as required by applicable data protection laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted at https://soundcheckcapital.com/privacy-policy.
